Usher Team
The usher team takes the morning offering and helps with crowd control at larger events.
KidStuf and FirstLook
Our children's ministry has a variety of volunteer positions, ranging from worship leaders, teachers, childcare helpers, sign in/out helpers, etc.
Visitation Team
This group of people visits those in need.
Trustees
The trustees take care of construction, repair, and maintenance work around the facility.
Bible School
This team has the overall responsibility of running our annual Bible School, but delegates to many volunteers to fulfill the different positions needed.
Decorating Committee
This committee switches out decor items throughout the year and gets the facility looking nice for special events.
Special Programs Committee
This committee plans the Easter play and Christmas program. This team is in need of more people and are open to taking whatever skill sets are offered.
Junior Youth
Our junior youth meets about once a week. Junior Youth Sponsors oversee this ministry and typically serve three year terms.
Youth Group
Our youth group meets twice a week. Youth Sponsors oversee this ministry and typically serve approximately three year terms.
Missions Team
This team oversees missionary support and gives and direction to congregants wanting to get involved locally.
Small Groups
We have a variety of small groups to join whether you wish to lead or be a participant.
Men's and Women's Activities
These teams plan and facilitate different men's and women's events throughout the year. Past events include canoe trips, banquets, skeet shoots, and "secret sister" gift exchanges.
Calendar Committee
This group updates our birth/anniversary calendar each year, prints, and distributes it. They are always open to photo submissions of church events!
Hospitality Team
This team gives gifts to the sick, widows, and grieving, They also help schedule Sunday morning greeters.

Sunday School Teachers
If you have interest in teaching a child or adult Sunday School class, start a conversation with us!
Tech Team
We are often in need of more help to run sound, cameras, livestream, and projection each Sunday and for occasional mid-week events.
Helping Hands
Helping Hands is a big ministry of Cherry Glade and they do quite a lot! Anyone is welcome to the monthly comforter knottings, and there is a variety of take-home work available to those with qualifying skill sets.
Food Committee
This committee helps with funeral and potluck meals, Sunday morning coffee, senior meals, mom's group meals, etc.
